Our best a la carte dish is the no sauce Break-Up Steak ($42.90) which neither aged or is wagyu but is
even more tasty and as tender and juicy. Our top pre-order dish is the Sanchoku 350 Days Wagyu
Marbling Grade 4-5 Tomahawk ($169/kg) / Wagyu Short Ribs that is brined for 7 – 14 days with drinkable sauces.
Other notable dishes are our Green Curry Osso Buco, made with lots of green chilli padis for a knockout
spicy punch, 100 Day Grain Fed Augustus Beef and paired with a scrumptious Japanese Coriander Rice in Beef Stock; we are also probably the only restaurant that is foolish enough to pair Chinese Salted Fish and Honeycomb with Burratina instead of the perennial pairings of cured meats and veggies; our Salmon Cabonara though unforgivably contains cream is still light and tasty without the cheese and bacon and the salmon itself has been compared with Michellin-starred restaurants.

– The professional karaoke system is provided FOC but is subject to it’s proper functioning. All reasonable
care will be taken to ensure that it’s in good working order for the event, however, in unexpected situations like power outage, internet outage or any other unexpected event, no compensation will be made if it is rendered inoperable.
– Package value will be based on the prevailing menu items and related prices

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
– All packages paid for are non-refundable
– Any change or cancellation in event date will be subject to the following refund policy:
1. 2 calendar months before the event: 100% reinstatement of pre-ordered items or minimum
spend, whichever is lower
2. 1 calendar month before the event: 50% reinstatement of pre-ordered items or minimum spend,
whichever is lower
3. Anything else, no reinstatement ie pre-ordered items or minimum spend is considered
consumed. This is because, we plan staffing up to one month or more ahead (for annual leave etc) and some special dishes require an indent order and long preparation eg aged beef.
