Toasted whole squid, succulent mussels and crunchy shrimp in a moreish laksa sauce that has just the right amount of spice makes this dish absolutely yummy!
Onions slowly sautéed until they caramelise, leaving only a small heap, after which the marrow, scraps of meat and cartilage from large pork bones are added along with home-made pork balls.
